It can happen to anyone: You buy something with firm conviction and find out afterwards that the purchased product does not meet your expectations.On all items that you buy from us, we grant you as a consumer (according to § 13 BGB) a further 16 days right of return in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. As a commercial customer (no legal right of withdrawal according to BGB), you also receive a full 30 days right of return, with the exception of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications.Please make sure that you use the products carefully while you are considering returning the contract. As a manufacturer, we grant our first end customers a so-called manufacturer's warranty of 2 years on all reacha brand products. More about this in our General terms and conditions (16. Manufacturer's Warranty).

Since sustainability is important to us, we want to make sure that you can enjoy your reacha for as long as possible. That's why we assure you that you can buy spare parts from us outside of the warranty and guarantee for 10 years from the date of purchase. If we can no longer supply you with spare parts, we will replace your reacha with a current model at our expense.

No problem: place another order directly online and write to us here. We will refund any additional shipping costs, provided that the original products have not yet been shipped and everything falls within the same shipping tier.

After we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email and we will take care of packing and shipping your order. As soon as our shipping partner collects the package from us and scans the shipping label, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and the tracking code of your package.
