Frequently asked questions

Recycled pre-consumer plastic is an eco-friendly material derived from single-type production waste. It is generated before the materials enter the consumer market, making it a sustainable plastic alternative. Compared to conventional plastics, it reduces environmental impact as it does not require new raw materials and generates less waste.
Recycled pre-consumer plastic is durable and does not compromise quality or longevity compared to conventional plastics. In your case, the Bow-Cover is made from single-type recycled pre-consumer polypropylene, which offers excellent stability and resistance.
Single-type plastic provides significant advantages in the recycling process, as it is easier and more efficient to recycle, thus contributing to a higher reuse rate. It also allows for the production of high-quality recycled materials ideal for use in new products.
By purchasing products like the Bow-Cover made from single-type, recycled pre-consumer polypropylene, you actively support sustainability, environmental protection, and promote a circular economy in which resources are used more efficiently.

The Bow Cover is a specially moulded plastic part. It starts as a flat piece of plastic that is then pressed into a specific shape. For design reasons, the Bow Cover must curve away from the trailer and tyres. The "reacha" lettering on the Bow Cover follows this curvature to avoid unsightly edges. The manufacturing process begins with a flat sheet of recycled material which is heated and then thermoformed.
As the tyres of the trailer are positioned outside in front of the lettering, the lettering cannot be read well from the outside.
Therefore, we decided to design the lettering in such a way that it is easily readable from the inside, i.e. from the trailer. This may seem unusual at first glance, but it serves an important purpose in terms of design and legibility.
